Dr. Wey Chang Shieh and Dr. Yien Lu have been practicing family dentistry in GTA area for more than 20 years.

They strive for excellence in dentistry and ensure to keep abreast with latest developments and techniques, by attending Continuing Dental Education programs, in order to guarantee the best and newest dental care for their patients.

Dr. Karissa Shieh grew up in Canada and studied in Australia where she earned her Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland.

Karissa is passionate about provide conservative treatment while prioritizing comfort to all her patients. She is known for her bubbly personality, gentle approach, and always focuses on listening to what each patient’s goals are.

Karissa enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with a particular interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry. She participates in numerous continuing education courses to expand her knowledge and skills. Additionally, she is a faculty member at the University of Toronto School of Dentistry.

Outside of work, Karissa enjoys being on the golf course or making pottery. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and also travelling.

Dr. Joshua Shieh was born and raised in Canada and received his Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland.

It’s his passion to make a difference in people’s oral health and to change their perspective of dentistry, particularly people who have had a poor experience in the past. Dr. Josh is committed to providing high-quality dental care to his patients and believes in staying up to date with the latest dental technologies and techniques through further education and professional training.

Outside of the clinic, he can be found enjoying his time at the swimming pool, taking care of his two guinea pigs, or out fishing.
